For those that are trying to get 100% in this zone there are a few notes.
The actual ghost ship and the way to it are only 27 rooms of this 100 room zone. 
The remainder of the zone are 11 rooms in the Serpent's Fang, 37 rooms in
Halladar's Keep, 21 rooms are part of the Blackroot Trail and the Abbey
there, 1 room in Arlindir, and 1 room in a manor house in Rommena Countryside.
